Our Story
Kendall Commercial is a real estate company dedicated to the needs of individual investors, small business owners and local property associations. We work across all commercial lines of business; including:

Our Specialty
Our specialty is local expertise. Real estate is still a local business. Unlike others, we don't pretend "to be all things to all people" or claim to be an expert on everything, everywhere. We have chosen to specialize in the "Southwest submarket" of Minneapolis. Our base of operation is Bloomington. However, we also have extensive experience south of the river; in Eagan, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Lakeville, Prior Lake, Savage and Shakopee. We focus only on commerical and almost exclusively in these communities. We make it our business to get to know the owners, tenants and regulators of real estate in these areas.
