Before starting Kendall Commercial Advisors, Tom worked as a Sales & Leasing Associate in the Minneapolis office of CB Richard Ellis. During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Tom assisted clients in a variety of consulting and transaction assignments ranging from property marketing and leasing to corporate site selection and relocation. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Tom worked in business-to-business sales in the technology and environmental service industries.

Tom's personal experience and formal training at St. Cloud State University and in 20 years of professinal sales has taught him the power of listening and asking good questions. As a long-time Bloomington resident, Tom serves as a Board of Director on several local organizations, serves as a proud Bloomington Rotarian, is active in his church and coaches youth athletics. Tom has four daughters with his wife Kari and a Boxer named Hanna.
